What's Included: One, 60 minute initial consultation, Eleven, 30minute follow ups meetings. Access to me via e-mail. Consistent acountability and support through facing your challanges. Full dietary, nutritional, and fitness evaluation, creation of larger goals and small steps to get you there. Option for a customized meal plan, macronutrient recommendations, correlating grocery list, and ongoing support to create a lasting eating structure that will carry you even after our time together is through, supporting fitness and lifestyle recommendations, personalized botanical and whole-food supplementation recommendations, a guide to pantry stocking, relevant handouts and recipe ideas. We will start with the easiest lifestyle changes and work our way through as you are ready. I do not take a cold-turkey approach (unless you want it) nor are my meal plans based on any one specific diet.
